Your two English speaking cooking classes are hands-on, given by international chefs, who will explain not only the cooking techniques but also the history and culture of this refined French cuisine. Your chef will take you shopping in the open-air market to find the perfect ingredients to create a memorable culinary experience. You’ll create a 4 course dinner in your cooking class that combines technique and gastronomy where you’ll learn how to cook gourmet French Cuisine.
The program offers 7 days and 6 nights in a charming, quiet boutique hotel in the heart of Paris and only steps away from historical sites, museums, shopping, and endless culinary delights. You’ll discover French wines through an expert Sommelier. You’ll have a Foodie Tour where you’ll retrace the mysteries and culinary secrets of the oldest food market in Europe, Les Halles, long known as the ‘Belly of Paris’ from the famous 1873 novel ‘Le Ventre de Paris’ by Émile Zola.
